Mike Duval loses in the 72nd to Marty Simonoff because he has multiple DUI's.

McGill pulls off the upset of the year in the 67th over Silva and Harman.

Cassie DeYoung vs. Pat Bates will be a runnoff. No one will get 50% plus 1.

Parrish takes the nomination.

Tony Strickland by 15 points.
Keith Richman by 10 points.
Haynes beats Steel by 6 points.

I agree with all of his Assembly predictions except for the 67th, where Silva wins by 2 points.

Bilbray by 9 points in the special.
Pombo by 40 points.
Gallegly by between 50 and 60 points.

No disagreements on the Supervisor races he calls.

Carona forced into a runoff in OC.
Angelides beats Westly by 11 points.
No disagreements on his "Other" races.

I'll also predict Cook in AD 65, Anthony Adams in AD 59, Machado in AD 17, and Daucher (by less than a 20 point margin) in SD 34.

Damn, Franks was wrong in just about all his predictions.
