Faith, Family and Keith Richman

Everyone knows that in order to be on slates--you have to pay. Everyone knows that some slates are for sale to the highest bidder.

Keith Richman is a GOP lawmaker with a proven pro-gay and pro-abortion agenda. He was the only GOP Assembly member NOT to support the parental notification initiative.

Now, Keith Richman has bought on to the "Family, Faith and Freedom" Slate. Proof is here.

Claude Parrish is no conservative hero. But Keith Richman??

The owners of this slate should change their name to "Family, Faith and Funds".

Any other good slate stories out there?

My favorite sell-out slate remains the "Save Prop 13 Committee."

Their website actually has a "buy our slate" info button on the front page.

In a local Glendale election, they sold their endorsement to the side providing a $84 million public subsidy to a shopping center being built adjacent to the largest shopping center in LA County -- and for a developer who has built most of his malls without a penny in public subsidy.

"Save Prop 13" my foot. "Sell the Prop 13 legacy to buy a new sports car" is more accurate.

At least Richman is straight. Maybe that's what's important to this slate.
