Which is Kevin's Candidate?

I'm confused. Is McCarthy's candidate in the 53rd:

Mary Jo Fraud
Money Jo Ford
Mary Joke Ford

I think he is still trying to figure who he ran in 2004 -

Merle Dean
M. Dean

9/9: Brilliant! Kudos on a finely worded haiku of politics.

That Campaign is over... the Dems retain that seat...

(sigh) where the hell was Greg Hill...

I'll guess prop 77 will be needed to give us a real shot at that seat...

Teh GOP doesn;t need Prop. 77 to compete in the 53rd AD. They need a credible candidate endorsed by McCarthy, not Money Jo Gardener.

You can't blame the district makeup when it's Kev's lack of leadership.

However, expect that to become the talking point to explain Kev's loss.

Remember, this is the same guy who told his hometown paper that Garcia and S. Horton were "flukes" in 2002. I guess finding candidates who have credibility and are stellar fits for their distict isn't the way to pick up seats in the McCarthy world. But recruiting terrible candidates and trying to tell people you had no say in that process is status quo. Wasn't this the guy who told everyone who would listen that he was a political genius?
